1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Our team carefully inspects and packs every item to preserve the quality and integrity of each product. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.
2. Worldwide Shipping Availability
We proudly ship worldwide. Whether you’re in India, the US, Europe, Asia, or anywhere else, Vinoraa will deliver to your doorstep. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes based on your country’s regulations, which are to be borne by the recipient.

India (Domestic):

Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
International Orders:
Standard International Shipping: 8–15 business days
Express International Shipping: 5–10 business days (available on request)

4. Shipping Charges
Within India:
Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499
₹49 flat rate for orders below ₹499
International Shipping:
Charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and courier name. You can use this information to follow your order’s journey from our studio to your door.

6. Undelivered or Delayed Orders
If a package is delayed or cannot be delivered due to incomplete address, unavailability, or customs clearance issues, we will contact you to resolve the issue. If the order is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please notify us within 48 hours. For damaged goods, include photographs of the product and packaging. We will promptly assist you with a replacement or refund, based on your preference.
8. Customs and Import Duties (For International Orders)
For international deliveries, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if applicable) will need to be paid by the customer, as per the laws of the receiving country. Vinoraa is not responsible for any delays or additional charges levied by customs authorities.
